When you submit a consultation request, the site collects your name, email, firm name, selected priority, and any phone number or message you provide. When you register interest in future updates, it collects your email address. Please do not submit confidential client information, medical information, or detailed case records through these forms.

How the information is used

Consultation information is stored to support reviewing and responding to your inquiry. Update registrations record your interest in future Gadient Consulting communications. Submitting a consultation request does not sign you up for a newsletter.

To ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw your interest in future updates, email nick@gadientconsultingllc.com. Include enough information to identify your request without sending sensitive case details.

Technical information and preferences

The site stores a motion preference in your browser when you change the motion setting. This preference remains on that device and can be removed through your browser's site-data controls.

The forms use a hidden anti-spam field and request identifiers to reduce automated and duplicate submissions. Where an IP address is supplied by the hosting service, the form handler uses an hourly hash for rate limiting rather than saving that address with the consultation record. Hosting providers may process technical connection and security information to operate the site.

The site does not currently load third-party advertising pixels or analytics tags. This notice will be updated if additional measurement or communication services change how this site handles information.

Form submissions are stored in the website's hosted database. Hosting and infrastructure providers process information as needed to operate the site.
