Consider Litify when your firm is prepared to evaluate both plaintiff workflows and platform governance. The operating question is who will administer the system and keep reporting consistent as teams, locations, and processes change.
Pricing and package scope
Quote neededNo public price figure verified in the reviewed plaintiff offering. Request a complete license and implementation proposal. Official vendor source ↗
Ask for a written quote using your actual users and required workflows. Separate recurring licenses, usage, third-party services, implementation, and migration. Published features do not establish your contract terms.
What to verify by operating area
Intake & handoff
Vendor-described; confirm scopeThe plaintiff offering describes intake questionnaires and marketing ROI visibility. Official source ↗
Acceptance test: Create an inquiry, preserve its source and communication history, sign an agreement, then convert it into a matter. Which fields and attachments transfer?
PI case operations
Vendor-described; confirm scopeMatter plans, document generation, case timelines, and settlement scenarios are described for plaintiff firms. Official source ↗
Acceptance test: Walk through treatment, record requests, medical bills, liens, expenses, and a proposed settlement. Show who owns each next action.
Reporting & attribution
Vendor-described; confirm scopeThe plaintiff offering describes dashboards and marketing-spend visibility. Test your own definitions and reconciliations. Official source ↗
Acceptance test: Trace a signed case to its original campaign. Reconcile the report to actual matters, including duplicates, referrals, rejected leads, and unknown sources.
Client communication
Scope unverifiedEvaluate the proposed client communication channels and shared history explicitly; inclusion is not established here. Official source ↗
Acceptance test: Send a message, collect a document, and reassign the matter. Show the shared history, permissions, and escalation when nobody responds.
Integration & exit
Platform architectureLitify is built on Salesforce. Ask how administration, integrations, permissions, and exports are allocated in your proposal. Official source ↗
Acceptance test: Import a representative sample, reconcile totals and attachments, and export it again. Who fixes mapping errors, and what is omitted from the export?
Three questions for your Litify demo
- Which licenses, implementation services, integrations, and ongoing administration are included in this proposal?
- Restrict sensitive matter access by role and show how leadership can still reconcile firm-level reporting.
- Make a workflow change in a test environment. Who approves, tests, releases, and documents it?
Use a sanitized or fictional case. Have the people who will perform the work observe the demonstration. Record what worked live, what required configuration, and what remains unresolved.
Plan implementation before the signature
Assign a firm-side owner, map required fields and permissions, and test a representative import. Reconcile matter counts, documents, deadlines, and source history. Define the launch gate and a recovery plan if a critical workflow fails.
Review exceptions after launch rather than counting logins alone. Can the next responsible person see the full history, the next action, and the deadline? Can leadership reconcile the report to actual cases?
